- Indicate receive completition.
- Implement basic packet transmitting.
- Don't read slot number from registry and report itself as NDIS 5.0 miniport.
- Fix nasty bugs in halt code path (incorrect assignment and wrong parameters to NdisMFreeSharedMemory calls).
