- Implement BlGetBootOptionDevice.
- Implement BiReferenceHive, BiDereferenceHive, BiCloseKey, BiOpenKey. Stub BiFlushKey, BiLoadHive.
- Implement BiAddStoreFromFile, BcdOpenStoreFromFile.
- Stub BlUtlUpdateProcess and BlResourceFindMessage.
- Other misc. cleanups.
