- ROpenServiceW: Fail if lpServiceName is NULL.
- ROpenServiceA: Don't pass an empty string to ROpenServiceW if lpServiceName is NULL. Use NULL instead.

This patch is based on bug report #3669 by bugboy <[email protected]>.
