- Fix KD_SYMBOLS_INFO definition and DbgLoadImageSymbols prototype.
- Implement DbgUnLoadImageSymbols.
- Fix some small bugs in KeBugCheckWithTf and add various debugger calls/checks where needed.
- Fix bugcheck recursion code which was incorrect.
