Pierre Schweitzer cb5688fcf0 [FASTFAT] ...

Make FATGetNextDirEntry() and vfatFindDirSpace() complain when they are given a cleaned up FCB (which shouldn't happen!).
They'll display full path, references count, open handles count.

Where are you little reference leak?
