- Clear the crypto exponent on boot-up.
- Set default global flags for checked builds.
- Set NtSystemRoot (SharedUserData) to C:<NT BOOT PATH> on startup.
- Cleanup lookas.c file and implement routines to initialize the system lookaside list in phase 0.
