- Don't restrict the width of PS_SOLID pens
- Fixes 25 gdi32 pen winetests
- Pen types left tbd: PS_NULL (problems in GetObject and ExtCreatePen) and PS_ALTNATE (EngLineTo/StrokePath does not support bitmap pens)
