- Don't include NDK from winnt.h, instead duplicate NtCurrentTeb inline definition between psfuncs.h and winnt.h as it used to be
- remove duplicated _GENERAL_LOOKASIDE_POOL
- Add missing NTKERNELAPI to ObDereferenceObjectDeferDelete
