- Add ENABLE_INSERT_MODE, ENABLE_QUICK_EDIT_MODE and ENABLE_EXTENDED_FLAGS flags. - Add GetConsoleAliasExesA/W and GetConsoleAliasExesLengthA/W api definitions. [DOSKEY] Remove unneeded definitions since now these are declared in the psdk. svn path=/branches/ros-csrss/; revision=58345
