- Fix issue were prompt was unresponsive after first command.
- Enable x86_64 disassembly and default to intel syntax
- Print addresses with %p so that their full 64bit glory is shown.
- Fix a warning.

Change the logic and make the AnswerInPublic Command option opt-out instead of opt-in. Now everything except !help is allowed in public again (due to popular demand).
