-Add a new template called CComQIIDPtr and its partner I_ID macro. Its purpose is to be a gcc compatible version of CComQIPtr. 
-CComQIIDPtr<I_ID(Itype)> is the gcc compatible version of CComQIPtr<Itype>
- WARNING: this is not tested yet.
