Eric Kohl 4e9b968c96 [EVENTLOG] ...

- Implement ElfrReadELA.
- Improve LogfReadEvent in such a way that it can return ANSI and UNICODE log entries.
- Add a hack to ElfrReadELW in order to return a proper status code in case of an end-of-file situation.
