- Fix CmpInitializeHive to set any flags that are passed, not assume HIVE_NO_FILE by default.
- "Import" the system and hardware hives using CmpInitializeHive instead of the cmimport.c routines which are gone.
- Get rid of old/unused cmdata.c in /cm.
