Michael Martin 35e6c5fe82 [USB\USBEHCI] ...

- Implement ExecuteTransfer to replace SubmitTransfer.
- Start implentation for BulkTransfers and needed DMA. This needs much more work to be done correctly. We will get to it.
- Implement URB_FUNCTION_CLASS_INTERFACE.
- Add comments.
