- Fix broken VIDEO_PORT_GET_DEVICE_EXTENSION macro
- Add support for child devices (monitors only for now)
- Monitors now show up in device manager ("Plug and Play Monitor" shows up if EDID data is reported, otherwise "Default Monitor" is displayed)
