- fix EBRUSHOBJ_vSetSolidBrushColor
- Initialize text and background brush in DC_AllocDC
- Update the DCs EBRUSHOBJs on demand
- Use the DCs EBRUSHOBJs for drawing where appropriate
This makes things faster and finally adds support for DC_BRUSH and DC_PEN
