- Introduce WINE-like debug macros ERR, FIXME, WARN and TRACE
- Always show ERR and FIXME information
- WARN and TRACE are enabled by DebugPrintMask in debug.c as before
- Thanks to new macros find bug in CMake livecd creation and fix it
