Colin Finck 0f9b48da88 - Update SeaMonkey to 1.1.16 ...

- Add Firefox 3.0.9
- Remove Mozilla ActiveX Control, that version isn't compatible anymore with our mshtml.
  Only take the version automatically downloaded from mshtml now.
See issue #4411 for more details.
