[PSDK]: Import xmldom.h from Wine.
[LIBWINE]: Sync some debugging functions with Wine.
[UUID]: Add SID_SContainerDispatch.
[MSXML]: Import from Wine.
[MSXML2]: Import from Wine.
[MSXML3]: Sync with Wine 1.5.12.
[MSXML4]: Import from Wine.
[MSXML6]: Import from Wine.
[SYSSETUP]: Register the newly imported msxml* dlls.
