- Fix a number of MSVC/amd64 warnings/problems
- Remove code duplication in RtlCharToInteger and RtlUnicodeStringToInteger
- Fixup too large string length in RtlInitAnsiString, RtlInitUnicodeString
- Use symbolic constants instead of hardcoded values
- Fix overflow check in RtlInitUnicodeStringEx
