Brandon Turner 2866f1b55b Rename uallshr_asm.s -> aullshr_asm.s. 
Remove unneeded .data sections from some files
Declare allshr, aullshr, fltused.
Should fix linux problems build too.

Thomas Bluemel 397f6fa231 disable the device if the user selects "Do not show this dialog anymore". However, this doesn't work at the moment because disabling devices isn't implemented. Once it works, umpnpmgr shouldn't display the device installation wizard for disabled devices anymore.
