[SHELL32] CDefView: Implement SFVM_COLUMNCLICK callback (#6943)

Implementing missing folder view callbacks...
JIRA issue: CORE-19616
- Call _DoFolderViewCB on LVN_COLUMNCLICK.
- If it returned S_OK, then don't sort items.
