[ROSAUTOTEST]

Initialize hStdInput to the standard input handle, and hStdError to the output pipe, instead of keeping these handles NULL. See the details why this is important in the Jira report ROSTESTS-140.
ROSTESTS-140 #resolve #comment Fixed.
