- Fix the parameters we were sending to IoCreateDevice for our drive FDO.

Browse Source 
- Now the kernel attempts to mount us through CDFS!
- Start stubbing the work we'll need to do in RamdiskDeviceControl -- this is where the emulation magic will happen.
