Fixed a smaller bug in intEnableReactXDriver

it was not the drv hPDev that was the frist param it was hdev aka pDC->pPDev
now we see value getting fill in to edd_DdirectDraw_Global from pfnDdEnableDirectDraw fucntion in ms dxg.sys
