- Add iexplore.exe to bootcd (it's being copied to its localized location in 3rd stage via runonce due to lack of support for additional paths in the installer) - Register default system web browser, fixes launching URLs from the run dialog. - Firefox 3.X/4.X still don't register as default web browsers (bug 4444) See issue #1461 for more details. svn path=/trunk/; revision=52196
