Dmitry Philippov: In MoveFileWithProgressW()

- Change alloca() to RtlAllocateHeap() and add missing freeing of the allocated space
    - Fix incorrect FileNameLength param in call to NtSetInformationFile()
    - Add support for MOVEFILE_REPLACE_EXISTING flag
