Respect the original directory structure. JIRA issue: CORE-19617 - Make Angelus, Angelus/ReactOS, and Mizu folders. - Move image files. - Add LICENSE.txt and suggestion.txt files. - Revive modules/wallpapers/Angelus/ ReadMe.txt.
