Aleksey Bragin e329b10e5c [KMTESTS/FSRTL] ...

- Add all runs dumping to aid in development.
- Do not try to add a mapping run with 0 LBN. Zero and negative LBNs are forbidden.
- Rework other tests to work as expected (plumb a hole).
