- Remove _SEH_NO_NATIVE_NLG from msvcrt.rbuild, deprecated long ago.
- Get rid of __NO_CTYPE_INLINES for everything but host tools, deprecated since revision 38052.
- Deprecate and remove _DISABLE_TIDENTS.
