- Add IDD_INSTALL resource dialog.
- Add IDS_INSTALL_OK and IDS_INSTALL_FAILED
  resource strings.
- Add CheckDropFontFiles, GetDropFromDataObject,
  and InstallFontsFromDataObject helper functions.
- Support IDropTarget at CFontExt::GetUIObjectOf.
- Add CFontFolderViewCB.cpp and
  CFontFolderViewCB.h files and implement
  CFontFolderViewCB class.
- Implement Drag & Drop operation.
