Thomas Faber e9df952de3 [C++] ...

- Enable STLPort build on MSVC
- Configure STLPort not to generate static constant definitions (which MSVC doesn't like)
- Link C++ modules to stlport and cpprt as appropriate
- Fix comsupp and atl C++ options
