Remove the legacy directory.rbuild file.

[VGAFONTEDIT]
- Add necessary headers definitions for CPI font files.
- Add some (unused for now) PSFv1 definitions.
- Add a (unused for now) VGAFONT structure that defines whether the font is stored as RAW, CPI or PSF.
