* Fix some broken code
* Add some ASSERTs
* Use ApicWriteIORedirectionEntry where appropriate
* Use KeQueryInterruptHandler/KeRegisterInterruptHandler to save/restore the old handler instead of saving the KIDTENTRY
* Move HalpProfileInterruptHandler to apictimer.c and implement it
* Use READ/WRITE_REGISTER macros
* Add some symbolic names
