- define SINGLE_GROUP_LEGACY_API for the kernel
- Add back missing prototypes: IoFreeAdapterChannel, IoMapTransfer, IoFlushAdapterBuffers, IoFreeMapRegisters, HalAllocateCommonBuffer, HalFreeCommonBuffer, HalReadDmaCounter
- add missing NTAPI to KeQueryActiveProcessors
