#8641 introduced some bugs. We revert it.
JIRA issue: CORE-20538
- Delete FONT_LOOKUP_CACHE and
  s_FontLookupCacheList.
- Delete FontLookUp_... functions.
- Revert FontLink_PrepareFontInfo and
  TextIntRealizeFont functions.
