Casper Hornstrup e37bad87b8 Support multiple debug targets at the same time. 
E.g. to use both serial logging on COM1 and GDB remote debugging on COM2 use:
/DEBUGPORT=COM1 /COM2 /DEBUGPORT=GDB
Made PICE compile with GCC 3.2.
