Amine Khaldi f31530ec6b [CMAKE] ...

- Add an MSVC compatible definition file.
- Temporarily add the kernel32 import library (until RosBE ships with one).
- Group kernel32 wine stubs into kernel32_stubs.c
- Add kernel32 to build.
