base on wine implenetins taking wine code and rewrite some part. it is not complete but it does the work. DirectDraw_SetDisplayMode remove the freq flag we ignore it for now. for EnumDisplayModes report modes that are being support for the graphic card. but the monitor does not support it svn path=/trunk/; revision=21518
