In addition:
- move back common function prototypes to precomp.h;
- const-ify `VidpFontData` and adjust its usages;
- improve SAL annotations for `InitPaletteWithTable()`;
- rename the (Vid)ResetDisplay() parameter to "SetMode".
URLs are getting old. We have to
update URLs for documentation
purpose.
