CORE-9069, CORE-13525, RELEASE-11
This new BootCD contains the functionality of both the original bootcd
(text-mode 1st-stage installer) and the livecd (that will include the
1st-stage GUI installer later).
Our separate livecd ISOs become obsolete, and this completely removes
the need for the so-called "hybridcd" ISO.
Some details:
- The "hybridcd" build target is completely removed, since now the new
BootCD *is* basically what we used to call "hybridcd".
- The "livecd" build target is kept so far (to minimize the code changes),
but internally I start to refer to it as "LiveImage", and is reduced
to a minimum.
A minimal non-bootable "liveimg.iso" is built (but currently not
included within the BootCD). Its purpose will be to implement the
"ReactOS Live" functionality as a RAMDISK.
(We currently don't support other file formats apart from ISO and
flat disk for a RAMDISK).
The "ReactOS Live" (non-RAMDISK) is implemented by adding to the
BootCD file tree the files from the LiveImage.
These files add two root directories, "Profiles" and "reactos"
(which is the SystemRoot for the non-ramdisk LiveImage).
- The minimal text-mode ReactOS installation used for the 1st-stage
installer, including USETUP itself, and the executable for the
1st-stage GUI installer and the reactos.cab (installation source),
are moved to the root directory called "i386" (ideally, one directory
per architecture).
- The "bootcdregtest" target, i.e. the ISOs we feed our testbots with,
are left untouched, i.e. they are only constituted of the 1st-stage
text-mode installation only, but placed in a per-architecture root
directory ("i386", etc. as for the bootcd).
- Remove the ACPI APIC/SMP entries from bootcd.ini. They will be made
available via the Advanced Boot Options F8 menu in Debug builds, for
testing purposes only, in a subsequent commit.
This commit is based upon an older SVN one:
svn path=/branches/setup_improvements/; revision=75273
Partial revert of 9decadee83.
It introduced a typo in the assembler code that broke the build.
Also, "Press any key" text fits into 512 bootsector space on both GCC/MSVC.

Rewrite the Ext bootsector because the older one was broken and had no compatibility with Ext4 extents.
Introduce a 3rd-stage bootsector for complex code.
CORE-14235
- Why was the previous bootsector broken?
Because of hardcoded inode size, hardcoded freeldr base address, etc.
- Why is there a extldr.sys?
The extldr.sys was introduced because the limited code space in the bootsector
prevents adding new features, such as Ext4 full extents support.
- What is extldr.sys and What does it do?
It is the helper file for the Ext bootsector and that is necessary for adding
Ext4 support. It locates the freeldr.sys file, loads it into memory and runs it.
Implement NTFS boot sector that loads FreeLdr from a NTFS partition.
CORE-17474
- Able to find/parse root directory;
- Handle fixups in FILE MFT record;
- Implement directory tree search;
- Implement loading found file from disk;
- Handle fixups in INDX records;
- Fail if compressed or sparse;
- Attempt to support 64-bit disks.
Some TO-DOs for later:
- Handle "weird" NTFS partition with uncommon sector sizes / sectors per cluster / sectors per index record;
- Better implementation for file loading;
- 64-bit LCN support.
At line 263 a 'pop es' is missing before 'ret' in ReadCHS() function,
just like in the ReadLBA() function. CORE-17178

The first part of PC-98 Port - https://reactos.org/wiki/PC-98
- Add FAT12 file system boot sector for NEC PC-98 series.
- Add a new build target for a PC-98 bootable floppy disk.
- Add a new sub-architecture into config.cmake.
Volume boot record is also implemented, it supports reading BTRFS tree structures with upto 64k node size.
This support required to change all path in Free Loader to lowercase for better performance.
