Added a determined font and color as well as the ability to switch
between big and small fonts. Also limited files that should be displayed
in the "open notes" prompt.

GUI Handling update and documentation

UPdated the way GUI is handled to one centralized function and wrote
docstrings for some of the functions in main_window file.
